| CTC Board's annual contest was back, this time in the summer. It was my second time to submit photos for publication and it was a success. I shot a series on Cantara Loop (north of Dunsmuir,CA) where the infamous chemical spill had occured 10 years prior. I caught the southbound RoadRailers along with the then new UP SD70M with wings over the same bridge, now protected by a new barrier rail.
