| The Central Oregon and Pacific railroad has been in a transition of locomotive power in the last few months. My first view of the CORP was in 1999 while attending the College of the Siskiyous and I documented many of the bright red GP38-3s. Over the last twelve years, the Geeps have been a constant fixture. In the last few days of February 2011, the last active 3800-series GP38-3 left the CORP for other RailAmerica properties.
